**Special requests outside what is offered on this menu may require you hire outside wait staff**

**If expecting a very large crowd at kiddush (over 200 people), please consider hiring 1-2 wait staff to assist with set up of the food and food management during Kiddush. We want your simcha to run as smoothly as possible. Sisterhood events are run entirely by volunteers and we have learned during particularly large simchas that hired wait staff can make a big difference at the event**
